Our preference for payments is a wire transfer to our company bank. We also accept PayPal and most credit cards but a 4% charge is added to these system of payments, due to the fact that we are charged a similar percentage when using these payment forms.

Most of our pieces are hand decorated except the digital ceramic printing and other items which need to use the silk screening technique by hand

Yes, while our website shows designs, the true beauty of our hand-painted ceramics is best experienced in person, if you like to visit our showroom.

2What is your policy regarding breakages due to shipping?
Once you receive your packages, we kindly ask that you check all items with maximum of 48 hours. if there are any breakages, we kindly ask that you send us pictures of the broken items and we will quickly a replacement.
